Coaching and Consulting Experience
Weiss has a Master in Social Education and continued education in HR management, Team Supervision, Coaching and Mediation and is a full member with the Austrian Psychologists Association. For more than 10 years, she has been active as a trainer, facilitator, and, above all, as a coach, mostly to Emerging Leaders and developing Leaders with companies located in the Vienna area. She works predominantly on assignments in all areas of Talent Management with a requirement for her coaching expertise. Weiss’ native language is German and she is also fluent in the English language.

Weiss has a Masters degree in Social Education (Vienna University) and additional diplomas in HR Management, Personnel Development, Team Supervision, Coaching and Mediation. She is a full member of the Association of the Austrian Psychologists. She coaches in German and in English. Presently she is also coaching clients for Right Management in Austria.
