Leadership Development for the Department Manager is a four-day, fast-paced interactive workshop. The workshop is spread out over three months allowing participates the necessary time to absorb the material, still attend work and prep for the following months lesson. After the group workshop is concluded, individual executive coaching for two month is provided by a QLI Executive Coach.
This workshop focuses on helping business owners, entrepreneurs and executives of small to medium sized companies develop the skills necessary to aggressively accomplish organizational, business, and personal goals.
