Leading Project Teams Effectively is a three-day, fast-paced interactive workshop. The workshop is spread out over three months allowing participates the necessary time to absorb the material, still attend work and prep for the following months lesson. After the group workshop is concluded, individual executive coaching for two month is provided by a QLI executive coach for every participant.
This workshop focuses on helping professional project managers and project teams enhance their interpersonal skills and organizational direction.

Professional project managers, project teams - both core and extended members - with a minimum of 3 years of PM experience or PMI certification.
