Transformational Leaders: Working on, Not In the Business is a four-day, fast-paced interactive workshop. The workshop is spread out over three months allowing participates the necessary time to absorb the material, still attend work and prep for the following months lesson. After the group workshop is concluded, individual executive coaching for three month is provided by a QLI Executive Coach.
This workshop focuses on helping business owners, entrepreneurs and executives develop the skill sets necessary to successfully lead a company to even greater success.
